What role do you think Lasky will have in the story?
What I want though is for him and Chief to have a really good, fun and interesting relationship. Similar to Chief and Johnsons, different of course bur humorous and ‘makes you smile moments’.
Hopefully he doesn’t ask Chief for his autograph.

he seemed really nice with that smile of his. The motion cpature used for his cutscene are fantastic, (like the one where he shook the chiefs hand)

Because supposedly he looks up to the Chief and was inspired by him, also it was a joke.
From what has been seen, I really like Lasky and I think he would be a good “new” Johnson.
Del Rio, on the other hand, seems like a very angry man who wanted to be Captain Keyes but the role got taken.

I see Lasky as being more of a friend for Chief, though more personal than Johnson.
With nothing to back up my hypothesis I think that the Captain of the ship is going to make some calls that Chief and Lasky disagree with and the two of them are going to mutiny.

Yes but if you didn’t live in the past, The Series Forward Unto Dawn is all about Lasky when he was 15 and how Chief changed him, he looks up to Chief but he wouldn’t ask for his autograph when he already knows personally.
He’s Chiefs love interest.
Lasky is probably going to fill a similar role to Sgt. Johnson, Captain Keyes, and Miranda Keyes, basically the normal human that Chief would consider a close friend, that’s what I think.
Well considering Lasky has a very major role, if not the main character, in Forward Unto Dawn, and considering the Chief saved him and some other marines from being attacked, and considering when he see’s the Chief in Halo 4 he is a LOT happier to see him than Del Rio seems to be, I’d say he’s going to have a pretty significant role in the trilogy.

too be honest with you, i want to know what his voice sounds like. im pretty sure its not the same voice that is used for his older self in the FUD trailer

I certainly wouldn’t be yelling at the man who inspired me to become something more than i am. Not because doing so would likely have my face caved in or worse but because he saved me from the Covenant invasion at a certain military academy.
And everyone thought the Chief died. Silly humans, the Chief can’t die.
