See when halo first got new armor to unlock in halo 3 people loved it. now everything is random and has no real skill in unlocking stuff. Just if you get lucky. For me this really takes out the prestige of leveling up or completing challenges cause ALL the cool stuff is just a Random drop. You fully level your pistol kills you get an emblem that doesn’t even show up on your armor. Come on 343. Could you please add back in a tangible reward system that is directly tied to skill and rewards players for good play. Sure keep the packs for armor variants and such but keep a unlock system that isn’t purely random.
Req packs also took away BTB and forge on launch. in fact the reason we dont have any maps with vehicles for Arena and Customs is because of Req packs…
Nothing is wrong with it. So glad they took the stupid emblems off the armor too.
