… that headshots do the same damage as body shots when the shield is still up?

(except sniper, beam rifle of course)

Whenever there is a discussion on here about weapon killtimes and/or how many shots a certain weapon takes to kill, somebody always says something like “well if all the shots are headshots then it only takes half as many bullets to kill” or something like that.

And I’ll look at their service record and see that they’ve been playing Halo for 10+years and are actually pretty good but STILL somehow think that headshots to the shield do more damage, lol.

Thanks for the “heads” up, I did not know that, I always aim high so once the shield drops the crosshairs are right where I need them to be.

I aim at the chin so there is less chance of bullets flying over the top of the head.
