This game, in comparison to MCC it is a complete trashcan experience and that breaks my heart
Starting with playlists. The fact there is no separate playlist for Precision Slayer/AR Slaver is completely mind boggling to me and I actually want to break wooden pallets with my head anytime I get put into BR Slayer, if I wanted to play ranked I would have gone and done it
I feel a good choice would be to make BR Slayer its own mode again cough SWAT cough and keep the rest of Tac Slayer in its own playlist
Moving on…
The netcode of the game is some of the worst I’ve ever had the mispleasure of experiencing, which is insane considering the game was perfectly fine at launch, genuinely cant go a whole game without some of the worst packet loss since NiP VS Anonymo (If you get this reference you have my respect)
New maps are very fun and refreshing, but the design and layouts get very repetitive very quickly. If the 343 content machine had been functional enough to give us 3-month seasons starting in Season 2 I feel this game would be in a drastically better place
Why is a set of armor effects $18? IMO should be $12 tops
dropping weekly ultimate to 10 challenges feels far too short, and I can complete it all in an hour two tops, which leaves me with not much reason to play for the rest of the week
It’s a long road to recovery, hopefully if they do a campaign DLC or something major for the game (VR would be sick) things will be much improved and players will stick around, but unfortunately the situation feels so bleak, I love this franchise and I want to love this game more, but it feels like it’s been neglected in all the wrong ways.
