Some of these are really good. I’m actually kinda hyped.
For the Covenant: Finish a match using only Covenant weapons.
For Samuel: Survive a Plasma Pistol overcharge and kill the enemy
Wort Wort Wort: Drive 3 Elites in 1 Warthog
Red vs Blue: Kill an enemy with a Dual Wield combo of Brute Plasma Rifle and Elite Plasma Rifle
Containment: Kill an Infected with a Sentinel Beam or Forerunner weapon
Zero Gravity: Kill an enemy with no Gravity Hammer energy
Emile’s Revenge: Assassinate someone after your shield has been depleted
Unyielding: Snipe a person out of a Banshee
This is my Rifle: get 5 kills using only an Assault Rifle.
Anti Air: Shoot an air vehicle with a Fuel Rod.
Tank beats everything!: Kill every member of the enemy team with a Scorpion or Wraith
Holy Light: Kill an enemy with a Plasma Grenade from a Man Cannon or Lift
Helljumper: Kill an enemy by splattering them in the air

Get 10 or 15 kills without deaths
Kill a near enemy with a frag
if you could make a medal for when you kill 3 people in the same game with assassinations
like a medal for like 20 kills in a row called killtrillion
“Ricochet”
Shot at the ground or wall, the bullet bounces off and kills someone. Off the top of my head this can currently be done with the halo 3 sniper and the halo 5 scattershot, but no medal is given.
“If they came to hear me beg” or “IFCTHMB” or something else to shorten it up.
it’s essentially the same as the achievement from halo reach but done in muliplayer, fall from a height that would be fatal but survive by assassinating an enemy. If playable elites are a thing itd be even cooler to make the medal only available on elites.
“Ninja”
Get a kill by “ninja-ing” someone, you know someone coming up behind you you jump over them then back smack them. Idk if this can even be programmed to be a medal but hey I like the idea.
Alternatively this could be an assassination spree.
I cant think of a name besides "Spawn kill"
Either kill someone within 3 seconds of them spawning or get a kill within 3 seconds of yourself spawning.

That medal would be a good idea. At least makes more sense than the Combat Evolved medal or the Basketball medals of H5.

For killing the player on top of the leaderboard or anyone with a killing spree above 10.

10/15 kills without dying is already a thing. Killing frenzy and Running Riot I believe. For the second one if you mean killing an enemy with a frag grenade hit it’s called a Fastball (Halo 5 only). Or if you meant near a flag it also exists under another name I can’t remember. A normal kill with frag grenade gives a grenade kill medal.
