What new medal would you love to see in Infinite?

I love this

helljumper: jump from a high surface and kill someone using any weapon how about this? I think its a decent idea.

Very decent idea, but I’m afraid that there’s already an existing medal in halo 5 called “hell jumper” where you get like a 20 kill spree with light dying.
but who knows, either your idea could make it, or 343 would make another emblem called that, but with a different requirement

but still, great idea.

Ok sounds good

Emperor - Get 15 kills in a scorpion without dying.

Power Play: Kill 5 opponents with power weapons in a single life

World Peace: Finish a Slayer game tied 0-0

> As much as I love some of the ideas of style medals, how about we see some negative scoring medals that can reduce your overall score and skill ranking (not counting the experience points for rank since it isn’t skill based at all anymore), if **Infinite gets an improved version of Halo 4’s MP scoring system that rewards players for assistance and such…**Inhumane - -Yoink!-, fisticuff, and or overkill the player you just killed within a few seconds (enemy or teammate).
> Buzzard - -Yoink!-, fisticuff, and or overkill the player someone else just killed within a few seconds (enemy or teammate).
> Coward - Camp somewhere while not getting attacked for at least 30 seconds.
> Wimp - Finish a match without exploring at least 50% of the map (not counting the unreachable areas that have soft-death-zones or insta-death-zones that are out of bounds).
> Backstabber - Deliberately betray a teammate after they assisted your at least 3 times (team games only).
> Hello? - No controller input for 30 seconds.
> Anyone Home? - No controller input for 1 minute.
> Forgot Something? - No controller input at all for the entire match (if you survive the automatic idle boot).
> Uncommitted - Quit a match midway (awarded to the player while also nullifying all pre-earned medals beforehand).
> Greedy - Spawn kill a player within 5 seconds after they spawn or respawn.
> Flaunter - Win a game (FFA or Team) but -Yoink!-, fisticuff, haoverkill, or team kill other players during game over. (Cannot t haaffect team score, but will hit hard in the skill ranking and maybe enforce probation).

I don’t like these at all. There’s nothing wrong with a tea bagging. I laugh every time someone tea bags me and I frequently -Yoink!- other players, even teammates sometimes.
Spawn killing: as much as I dislike being spawn killed you can’t blame anyone except for the games spawn system. In competitive play, teams can manipulate the spawn system to their benefit. This actually can help improve matches as it can help to speed up uneven matches and allow the system to place players or teams into their appropriate skill brackets.

I do agree that undesirable behavior should not be encouraged, but I don’t think this is the way to do it.

Uhh…

 • Teabagging along with overkilling and fisticuffings of a fragged player(s) in any and all shooter games is simply wrong considering that some people are rather sensitive and recognize such online behaviors like that among team killing and griefing as against the Terms of Service as unsporting conduct if not also a form of cyber bullying, for many online players just don’t care at all about others in confirmed toxic communities (Halo isn’t the only toxic online shooter out their, COD begs to differ for popularizing swatting and underage children becoming constant badmouthing jerks). No one is ever above the terms rule on XBL or elsewhere let alone the law, please play nice online or not at all. - If you love bagging others and getting bagged so much by others like that, I think you need some therapeutic help or maybe a warning from TOS. Just the idea of bagger lovers makes me disgusted among other players who are getting tired of constant online video game nonsense that shows no proper sportsmanship and respect to those who lose, rightfully or wrongfully when they did everything they could with a least a little respect towards the winning team. - Didn’t you read the the “Negative Scoring” portion of my post? It would NOT help themselves or their team overall in game score with their toxic flaunting if Infinite gets Halo 4’s scoring system back with improvements that does reward for assistance and such for the entire team. One way to encourage more polite online play is to discourage foul online conduct with actions that takes away overall score points and or enforcing probation, I was just trying to raise awareness for it is not illegal. - Regardless of whether spawn killing is legit or not does not excuse the trademark problem of unfair exploitations and general mistreatment when losers quit and get hit by the ban hammer for leaving a completely hopeless game that presented them without any fighting chance left in the first place, that’s just cruel. - The point of that idea was to inform other players in post games who are awarded negative overall scoring medals just how toxic some players are towards everyone else (especially the victims) just how mean or greedy they are for more informed toxicity control. As VRGL of New Mombasa said in Halo 3 ODST, "Keep it clean!"It was just an idea to help raise awareness of a toxic communities repeating in-game behavior and encourage more polite online play while also discouraging player mistreatment/bullying via suggestions. Jeez…

EDIT 02-05-2020.

Halo 4s cortana model

I would like to see a medal called “One Tap.” When you kill a zombie In Infection with a melee attack.

bodyguard
kill a enemy that was going to kill the leader/friends in friends list

old geezer

kill a enemy without jumping, scoping, spiriting,or using spartan abilities with a assault rifle

head hopper

use up a entire sniper rifle on only head shots

tag your it

stick an enemy that is running to another enemy

in my opinion i think it would make this much harder if its kill the enemy squad by your self from above

Its not a new medal, but the one from halo 2 for getting 50 kills without dying.
“Unfriggenbelievable” I think is what it was called.

 • Unhappy: Kill somebody who has been Idle for more than 30 seconds - Juggernaut: Kill somebody with a Gravity Hammer when they are killing somebody with a Gravity Hammer - transdimensional melee: Melee somebody that just went through a green portal on maps that have it within a second of them going through it

God Slayer or Gods Don’t Bleed.
Kill a player who had got the unfrickenbelivable medal that same match or kill a player who is on a 50 killstreak.

Lol I can just picture that last one. Scorpion from Mortal combat: Get Over Here! Reaches through the portal and yanks him back through the portal and assassinate him.

Lol I see what you did there. Emperor - Scorpion

Another good one would be Worst Throw Ever!.
This would be referencing Red Vs Blue that one halo 3 episode where caboose was with griff behind cover and caboose went to go throw a sticky grenade and it stuck to the barrier they were hiding behind. Griff quoted this moment with Worst Throw Ever then they got blown up by the grenade.

So make this medal so that you get this instead of a betrayal medal if you blew yourself or a teammate up with a grenade while in close proximity to each other behind cover.
