I would love to see shady mania in a game accidentally killing/splatter team mates (sounds to fun to not achieve it hmm) or for throwing the odd ball out the area ect since ive heard it ive sooo wanted that call out in a game. Just my own little wish
Multi kills with a swoard, slice n dice same with the hammer, skull smasher. Multi kill award medal for having active camo kills at close range, Casper or ghostly. You probably already have one for equipment use of the repulser shield, but if it takes skill to repel a certain thing then makes a kill. Or if you can avoid a splatter or flip a vehicle with it… Be cool to see something for that.
Also if you kill a person using grapple jack and save your friend surely an equally cool award is needed like unhooked or grapple stop. Im not good at names to be fair lol. You prob already have one for a kill using grapple and mele, kill by wire lol.

With the grapple shot id love a medal for covering crazy distances and one for pulling a weapon from a real long wat away. And one for parrying a parry .
Along for The Ride: board onto a warthog (or other rmulti-seater vehicle) whilst there are enemy players the other seats of the vehicle so that they are riding the vehicle with you and ride it to destruction (by falling of a cliff, running into a mine, etc.)
I wouldn’t mind having a medal that pays homage to Johnson saying “for a brick he flew pretty good” with some form of aerial melee kill or spree, make it a “brick”

It could maybe be for launching an enemy over a certain distance using a gravity hammer/grapple.

or maybe the fusion coil does that when you throw it at someone “for a brick he flew pretty good!”

algarete is a word on the coast of Colombia that refers to some madness, so doing something in the game considered crazy would give you this medal xd
