What music do you listen to whilst playing?

What sort of music do you like to have on when playing Halo? Or do you have nothing to maintain full concentration? When Halo 4 was the most recent installment I remember I’d listen to techno and electronica type music but I never really listen to music when playing Halo 5.

Same don’t listen to music but that’s because I am usually talking to people while I am playing.

I like to blare rap music and eat Doritos with my mic on…helps with team camaraderie

I don’t listen to any, I like to hear my enemy when they are close

Don’t forget to vape!

It makes my dog angry and he barks

Try to add a crying baby or a small yappy dog in there too. Maybe a woman yelling incoherently on the phone also. And trade in those Doritos for an apple. I know, I know, Doritos & Xbox go together like cigarettes and bacon grease, but trust me, apple crunches on the mic carries over so much better, you also get those wet lip smack sounds.

Nothing. It’s distracting.

The worst part is when you’re trying to destroy the enemy core and all of a sudden the bass drops and your spartan just collapses to the floor like a ragdoll.

But is it harder to clean doritos seasoning crumbles or that sticky apple juice out of your elite controller?

Also remember to only partially plug your chat cable in for the best VOIP quality.

Right gotta stay vigilant.

I have all music turned off, in game too I can’t hear my enemies footsteps with it on.

Slice the apple, put toothpicks in the slices, keeps fingers from getting sticky

You’ll just have to make sure you chew extra loudly since you’re not going to have the effect of biting into an apple going over the mic.

Or do what I do: when I eat while I play, I use my standard controller. I don’t use my Elite controller when I eat.

Just completely blast heavy metal and hope no one sneaks up on me, I have a good eye so who needs ears?

I make sure that my headset is turned off and I do not play music unless in a party and they don’t care

Led Zeppelin, Queen, Sabbath, RCHP anything really…

I never listen to music when I play. Usually cause I’m talking to my friends. And it’s distracting for me.

I don’t listen to music as I find it distracts from the gameplay.

The only time I’ve ever listened to music was a couple of Grifball games - you don’t really need sound in Grifball.
