HALO WARS 2 is nearly upon us, what game mode do you plan on playing? I will first beat the campaign (I need to find out what happens to Atriox and red team) then I will probably play standard until the next halo game comes out.
I feel pretty confident that I will be playing Blitz mostly. Going to alternate between Blitz and campaign, but Blitz will be the mode that lasts for me as its very much my kind of thing and makes me miss the days of BattleForge.

Like skirmish from the first game or online?

Skirmish like the old Halo Wars. When i played the Beta i found the matches went on for ages. My first game went for 45minutes. Atleast with a bot game i can leave at any time and create less practical and more creative armies.
Deathmatch which is the old standard mode, destroy the enemy the most simple but most successful rts mode.
No interest in Blitz will dabble with the beta but looks nothing like the rts I come to enjoy.
1v1 standard skirmish against my friend, followed by co-op campaign. Then its probably 2v2 and 3v3 standard skirmishes.

1v1 Standard (Now called Deathmatch in Halo Wars 2) all the way for me! I must say, the campaign looks very interesting, and I might run through it before I start spamming matches. I can’t wait to play and compete against the 1v1 players on Xbox One and PC, but I am probably going to be more involved with Xbox One at release.
One time Blitz but dude, just campaign and the “normale” gametypes

- Preorder Ultimate Edition - Play HWDE for one month (I can’t afford to download both games in a single month. This would annihilate the data usage plan I have) - Move to HW2 - Campaign - Multiplayer stuff
