Edit: I think that Chief could totally look like a younger version of this. Keep sort of a general look of downs face, but tweak certain things. Downs face really has sort of a grittiness to his face in this picture.

The picture of mr buzzcut master chief lthat some people are linking looks too old, personally. He’s technically 46, but all of his years in cryo have made him age slower. Plus Spartans are believed to have really long lifespans. Most importantly, we need dose blue eyes.
Nah, he looks too much like Aiken already, besides, there’s an image of someone who made a 3d image of his head based on halo 4’s legendary ending and book description. I would rather have that, but I don’t have the image on hand.

I could totally picture him looking like downes. Other than the hair, he sort of fits the description.

I know. They could just copy his Downes’ basic face shape and features and make him younger and voila. Besides, 343 made Buck resemble Nathan Fillion, I think they could make Chief resemble Steve Downes.
