What Lore Questions Do You Want Answered?

For me it’s got to be the Precursors and the missing 5 halo rings.

What are you curious about?

How the butt did Jun get off Reach?

Anything about The Jiralhanae.

I am sure 343 could create some interesting and engaging content with them if they tried.

I still want to know what ever happened to the Spartan 1.1s ?

I’d like a name for Jul’s Covenant that allows me to differentiate them from the other fifteen quadrillion Covenant factions.

I’d like to know what Ignatio Delgado has been up to since joining the service at the end of the Cole Protocol.

Also, Jul’ Mdama’s story from the end of The Thursday War to the events of Halo 4.

As far as I know, most of it was just waiting outside of Requiem for three years. Doesn’t seem quite eventful to me. But then again, there’s still one year left of untold story for him.

You mean… the Storm Covenant?

Well, that title’s technically a mistake. It’s a common misconception, but Storm Covenant isn’t actually what they’re called. Right now they don’t really have an official name.
I personally think the “Revival Covenant” or just “the Revival” would be a good title, referring to their attempt to recreate the Covenant and awaken the Didact, as well as their determination to proceed with the original Covenant’s ideology (even if Jul himself knows otherwise).

Whatever happened to the UNSC Spirit of Fire? I read that it was taken over by the Flood and was on collision course with a planet. Sounds like an interesting story unfolding to me.

Yeah, just did some double checking. That’s on me. Looks like they’re just the “Covenant Remnant”, which is an umbrella term for all of the Covenant still loyal to original ideals in the wake of the schism. So there isn’t really a specific name for his faction. However, Jul is listed as the leader of the Remnant, so regardless of which faction he’s under direct command of, it seems to me as though he might command the entire bunch. So just the Remnant, it seems.

What happened to Grey Team? They went MIA for real!

Also, why was John repeatedly called “son of the forerunners” in Halo 3?

I’d like to know more about the Covenant races in general.

Why did the forerunners make a weapon array that destroys all life in the galaxy, instead of just making one that kills Flood?

Elaborating on this, what exactly is the weapon, and how does it kill all sentient life in the galaxy? Is it some sort of element, like the one found in Halo: Nightfall (only it targets more than just the human species)? Is the element discovered in Nightfall part of some kind of compound element, possibly the one the rings use to destroy all life forms? And why is the Flood not affected by the weapon directly, since it seemingly destroys organic life forms?

I want to know what species is responsible for the ship that crash landed on Halo installation 04. It is shown in one of the terminal videos from Halo:CE Anniversary.

I’m actually curious about Cortana’s avatar. In H2A, her avatar is basically a highly modified version of her original H2 version as apposed to her Halo 4 appearance being recycled. Was this done purely for artistic reasons in order to keep the “feel” of Halo 2, or did she at some point modify her own avatar after the events of Halo 3?

I’d like a roster, complete with ranks, current status (time of death, location, etc) of all SPARTAN-IIs, both augmented and failed. The list has been left open since The Fall of Reach; its been fourteen years. Its about time it was finalized and put to rest.

Well, the Flood assimilate other species and because of that, it shares the DNA with whatever individual it has infested.

For example, in order to kill the human infested Flood, you need a weapon that kills the human DNA in it. The same for all other Flood forms. In other words; You need a weapon that can destroy all sentient life in order to kill the Flood, since it is made up of said life.

That is how I figure it anyway.
