What loadout would you use in a 1 V 1?

What loadout would you use in a 1 V 1? Just wondering. I’d probably use the BR paired with the plasma pistol, or DMR with Boltshot, Autosentry, Pulse Grenade, Mobility or Requisition, with Dexterity.

Unless in Spartan Ops, I always compliment the Carbine with Dexterity and a Plasma Pistol. Quickly remove shields and get that headshot. However, if you miss that one charged Plasma Pistol blast, then you’re doomed.

I honestly feel that Shielding is almost completely useless without Regen Field. Your shield regeneration is only one second faster, and shields recharge fast enough once they start charging. Shielding does ABSOLUTELY nothing in a 1v1 without the Regeneration Field unless you can get to somewhere safe for them to recharge. IMO
