What leaders are satisfying for you to beat?

Here’s a topic I’ve never seen on this post and I’m pretty sure we all might have the same answer.

Forge, oh man it feels so good to beat this leader with all the latest buffs he got. The matches are so long man, it makes me tired because you have to prepare for the initial attack and then the veteran Grizzly Battalion. Though I haven’t fought one a long time a runner up would be a Decimus and Colony. Colony itself is just a scary leader to see on the map when I’m using Banished, at a certain point with Combat Repair and fear of an early rush this can be a Devastating Host indeed to face.

Decimus…oh man so much to say, once people started finding out about the Banshees and how fast Decimus drop returns he can be terrifying pulling entire squads of armies.

I haven’t beaten an Anders since the game came out, so unfortunately I haven’t gotten the satisfaction of beating one.

A win is usually fun. I am going to say the games that I am having no fun playing and that makes me mad at times. Playing against a Voridus or Serina can be disgustingly annoying. Constantly have to deal with your units being frozen and lp’d non stop, no thanks. Pavium still has his drop his mines in the middle of an army and destroy everything ability, his rof destroys bases still. Playing against a forge is difficult but I have more fun doing so. An anders can be very annoying due to her retriever sentinel coming out of god’s butt.

Other than beating a forge, I love playing a really strong early game and crushing cutter at his own game

I haven’t played at Onyx level in a long time. The Paviums I’ve faced were just annoying. However, the Serina mirrors I used to have use to frustrate me to no end. I haven’t faced a Ranked Voridus in a long time, but the constant Infusion mindgames man…

I’ve only pulled that off once, my excuse he should have built Cyclops.

Well I play Jerome so it’s a bit easier with him than most leaders. Just build hero mass marines/flamers and get map control/destroy base. Also Serina is the worst to play against and makes me wanna rage quit. Especially with the BS aa upgrades

I just never liked trying to capture stuff with her around.

Always satisfying to beat a forge, pav or serina. Those 3 in particular because if you can’t rush them away early (which is tough with these 3) then you get drawn into a long game with lots of lp’s frustrating you. Also beating a jerome is always good as he has a buffed army from the start and he’s still the leader I struggle against most.

Serina when I mass air it’s like beach what your turrets going To do with your freeze effects when it doesn’t affect my air whaaat lmao

And then she drops a cryo bomb plus seismic charge. Most effective way to kill mass anders sentinels btw.

I remember when Cutter was the best UNSC. It felt so good to beat him back then. ODSTs were OP and Infnatry crapped on vehicles and air and could chase them down too with that stupid raid. One time ran into 3 Cutters in 3s and our third lagged out about 15 minutes in right after an engagement that ended in our favor. It was on Ashes and man oh man were we in a stalemate, but the kind that was sweaty rather than annoying trying to hold them off. I remember that I discovered this game that Condor’s can’t use teleporters, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise!

Like 60 minutes in of us defending with the occasional push, me and my ally just both switched to main infantry, spamming marines, flamers and grunts since they had so many cyclops and ODSTs. I had to keep rebuilding a base on the far side that they’d repeatedly attack. I built a condor and tried to send it through the teleporter while streaming infantry at their western expansion, but it wouldn’t come, so I just flew it over to their east expansion, and while they were distracted with our spam, my condor killed teal’s eastern expansion and then we killed his west one, and my buddy and I realized teal only had one base left! Dead in the middle of their side! He was chasing my condor with AA and tanks that they had switched too thanks to the spam, and we just kept pushing flamers and helldrops onto his base and eventually took him out! Victory for our side wasn’t too far behind after that. Ended up being a 90 minute game though.

God that felt sweet.

Oh man, those Demo charges used to live up to their name. Drop bombs and then leave.
