What kind of hog are you expecting to be revealed?

I’m guessing a flame hog :3

Something that looks like this.

Like that, just with better details, poly’s and Decals…And engine.

But the other versions shown (snow and sand, if I remember correctly) were just right, even with the forza 4 engine.

It’ll be even better in the game it’s actually featured in. And don’t forget, FPS games tend to have the upper-hand in graphical quality when compared to Racing games.

Also, seeing as the Halo: Reach engine is actually quite powerful, even on horribly out-dated hardware, The halo 4 Warthog is going to look all the more impressive than Forza 4 (I don’t like the modelling on it personally, also the textures are shiny, which is a negative.

Yes, of course it’ll be better with the proper engine.
But honestly, the other versions of the warthog, shown within the autovista mode of Forza 4, were not as shiny as the first version revealed to the public, etc. It felt more like what it’ll look like in Halo 4.

XD That was funny…
But as I said, I think the HALO 4 HOG will be like the HOG from FORZA 4
but with some ‘‘modifications’’ on it :-?

Oops, my mistake! Halo 4 isn’t using halo; Reach engine at all :o

Actually Racing games are known for being the best looking games of their generations. The Forza 4 models don’t even have any pixelation anywhere and are extremely detailed. The one in the actual halo 4 game will probably look dirtier but also but much lower in detail.

Forza 4 warthog looks terribly shiny and sparkly. And of course it’ll look dirty in Halo 4, that’s what happens when you drive a vehicle through rough-terrain!

And seeing as halo 4 is using an entire new engine, I wouldn’t have the first clue, as to what it’ll look like. But all I know is, it’ll have a better graphical fidelity to the F4 model (which does look good, just “shiny”.)

One of the videos of the Forza 4 hog shows the textures being changed. You can see what looks like a more tradition Halo texture.
