I am enjoying it enough that I am willing to wait for the full release and give it a try.
It has some issues and yeah it sucks that I am spending more time on here and tweaking my settings for aiming, and there are a whole lot of other setting like HUD changes and stuff like that to figure out.
I don’t mind a dealing with a learning curve for a while.
The fact the game is fun to play. I don’t really need any other reason. If gameplay is fun, I’ll play the game. This goes for anything.
I don’t need an arbitrary progression system to get me to play a game. The progression could and should still be improved though.
And stats would also be nice.
I’m not coming back. After playing the Halo games almost exclusively for the past 6 years (100%ing most of them), I just bought a bunch of other games with the Microsoft Black Friday sale because Infinite is a hard pass for me.
At the moment nothing. With our restrictive the premium pass is blocking content I have been put off it. I might try playing occasionally but due to how poor the progression system is there’s not much to keep me playing long time. I believe there doing a free item thing on 23rd so might just login and get there but the thing is the current system is giving me no incentive to keep playing in the long term and needs major changes. Plus the lack of a rank system similar to MCC or Halo Reach is killing my interest since I feel like I have nothing to aim for.
not really much we have right now less then a core experience ( only 10 maps no forge to add variants of it 3 playlists with gamemodes lacking like king of the hill ) , basicly no progression except the battlepass wich is also not fun to grind , and honestly the entire casual playlists ( easpacially BTB ) have gone from unranked halo in more easy settings to basicly chaos and randomness with random vehicels and AR starts as a main weapon for the game ( almost feeling like free to play/game as a service was a mistake like they attempt to inflate the community with a lot of new people but in the process dammaged the game itself ) . i hope that we will see some improvment in december but as of right now i hope that the campaign at least will be a blast and i honestly hope that it truely will be worth it… tjen again no coop will be already a problem. At least i still have the MCC wich in contrast had an epic comeback and is on a right path.
