I disabled a Ghost in game and hijacked it but the achievement didn’t pop. Has anyone got this one yet? Just wondering if it’s a bit buggy/glitchy or not.
I’m having the same problem I have even hijacked a warthog, ghost, and mongosee legit way.
I got it by jacking a Ghost that I didn’t EMP, so it might be a little buggy.
It doesn’t pop up with ghosts or banshees, at least when I tried it. So your best bet is a warthog or mongoose. It took me two hijacks with the mongoose for it to pop.
From what I’ve seen in discussions about this, it’s been determined you have to complete the hijack before the vehicle is able to move. It must still be EMP’d the whole time. So if someone has the Wheelman tactical package active, you’ll have a shorter window to complete this. Unless you’re standing right next to the vehicle when you first disable it, it’s probably wise to hit it with a second plasma blast just before you start the hijack.
