What is your preferred control settings?

I’d love to know what your preferred control scheme, sensitivity, acceleration, and both dead-zone settings are! I’d love to try some of your settings to see if it impacts my own game play in a positive or negative way

Fishstick, 4, 2, 0

Recon because its closest to H3 controls wich I still play on m 360 today. Sensitivity 5 lowest dead zones.

zero for both dead-zone settings?!

Recon, sensetivity 4. acc:3, dead zones 0

Default, sensitivity 4, acc 5, dead zones 0.

Bumper jumper is the only control setting i always have, i switch between sensitivities and deadzones a lot, but its always below 5 sensitivity.

sens 4, acc 1, 0 inner, 12 outer

Bumper Jumper, 4, 5, 0, 0.

Halo 4, sens 3, AA 5, 0, 0… I’m trying to switch to bumper jumper to be able to jump + aim but it takes time getting use to it

Halo 4, Sensitivity 6, but I haven’t messed with anything else… I should try some of your alls settings too. I’m not completely sure what they do…

well before i got my xbox elite it was bumper jumper, not having to move you thumb off the joystick to jump is such a huge advantage

Sensitivity is the speed you’ll get when moving your joystick (once). Sensitivity 10 will get you all over the place while sens. 1 is much slower.
Aim Acceleration is when holding the joystick down in one direction it will progressively reach a higher speed.

That’s why most of the pro (I’ve seen) use somewhere around 3-5 sensitivity and 4-5 AA. It makes them more precise with the slower sensitivity while being able to turn out faster with the AA.

As for the deadzones, I’ve use this to set up mine. Basically if you have a new controller both deadzones should be at 0. If not follow this link.

Bumper Jumper, 3-4 sens, no controller vibration.

Default (I think…maybe H4?..probably default). 4 sensitivity, 2 acceleration, 5% on both dead zones.

Fishstick, 6, 5, 0, 0 and back peddles on Elite controller
