The drawing itself is rough, but, that aside… it’s an okay design, I guess. The spikes/fins sticking off the back look kind of… odd. And the lower part of what I assume is the front needs work. There’s just not really anything there.
It…looks Power Ranger-ish.
And a bit to anime inspired for it to be MJLONIR.
Those spikes are giving me a serious Sonic the Hedgehog vibe. You might wanna cut down on that. I mostly agree with what Nova said, but IMO the visor and the back of the helmet barring the spikes look fine.
Kinda looks like a Hayabusa prototype.
Maybe a front look of the helmet would help us better determine our opinion of the helmet.

I made a drawing of your helmet OP giving it a more Halo art style. (Sorry for the roughness, I had to throw this together in like 10-15 minutes before I had to leave)
But from doing this I can say that this is basically just the Grenadier helmet from Reach that has a sorta anime mecha flare on the cap of the helmet and a different mouth piece. I also hope you don’t mind that I changed said mouth piece up a bit to fit the style I was going with more.

I love him. In fact I was inspired by the Granader helmet to create that design, it is supposed to be a combination of the helmets of the unsc and the H2 elites and the race sports the front is that’s why it can be used by elites and spartans. If this English is bad, it’s because I speak Spanish. But your design is great.

I really do not know what to say, it’s just beautiful, you have a great talent and I seriously thank you that you set yourself up in a design like mine and have dedicated your time to make these 2 great designs, I really appreciate it.

It’s no problem at all. I really like to draw and I liked your initial design so I wanted to try my hand at it well. If you do end up using the pictures at all, I’m more than cool with that, though if you credit me that would be really awesome as well.
I think the mouth needs to be a bit more angular than smooth. I like the spikes/fins but think they should look a bit more fluid with the helmet instead of being seperate. The visor looks spot on though. A good concept all together.
