I was just browsing the commendations and I’m making good progress on them all except for the vehicle ones. I’d say the one I’m struggling with the most is the suppressor because I just never use it. It’ll be a grind to get through the vehicle ones though.

The reason destroying mongooses is soo difficult is because they just aren’t a commonly used vehicle. I was able to finish all the other vehicles in warzone but almost nobody uses the gungoose because after req 3 they just become kinda useless. Soo been playing BTB since they are on most maps but it’s still a grind
The unstoppable commendation. It’s one of only 4 commendations I have left. I could probably get them finished if I tried, but it’s become a total pain to find a game in breakout lately so I haven’t bothered.

I think for me the hardest has been Assassinations and Phaeton Gunner. Assassinations has made slow progress because it is not something I focus on or try to do in my matches, once I get it to be one of the only things left I will go into matches trying to do that instead of just a beatdown. Phaeton has been hard because you can only get those kills in WZ and WZ Assault and they are such rare REQs I do not have many to use to get my kills with. Also it seems people aim to take down phaetons the second they spawn,(for good reason), so there are times I only last long enough for a couple of kills with one.
Phaeton Gunner. It is annoyingly because I don’t have any to use and don’t like using them.
Phaeton Gunner: Because those things are truly rare drops from packs, & become an instant multiple fire target when you spawn one.
Mongoose Destroyer: Because by the time I have a req that can one shot a goose, almost no one is using them.
Unstoppable: It’s breakout, & I’m a solo player. Could be a while . . .
& Stay Off: Yeah catching someone clambering is totally luck of the draw. The ONLY thing rarer than that is pulling a Phaeton in a pack.

For getting Phaeton kills use only the Helios because it is just soo much better than the regular Phaeton. It can take an extra rocket, rail gun or laser etc. It also has much more damage output and the fact that the Rockets lock onto vehicles is insane. The primary laser melts Spartans soo fast. You want to scope out the game before calling one in because they are a very rare req. Use the boost as much as you can to avoid getting shot down and against other vehicles. I would go on 20 kill streaks or more once I learned how to use it. Because I wouldn’t call it in a game that I was losing or just a very hectic game.

Yeah that one’s hard too because they have to be weak when you hit them (from the front at least) otherwise you have to follow up with something else, rendering commendation progress useless. Plus I just despise Spartan charge in general.
Since I’m not what I’d call a ‘completist’, I don’t know if I’ll ever get the vehicle commendations. I spend 90%+ of my time in arena. But if Halo 6 doesn’t drop til 2018-19 I guess I’ve got time lol
For me it has to be & Stay off. I can get maybe 2 a month if I’m lucky. It’s too difficult to kill someone WHILE clambering. Not a lot of people do it and most of the time it’s just pure luck.

Yes. This one was the hardest.
But it’s doable. And even more doable now with how Breakout is currently.
