I apologize for posting a similar question to one recently posted by another user (TribunusCarlos6), but rather than having people sift through a dozen pages of responses, I thought it would be easier to post the same question as a poll.
The question is, “What is your look sensitivity set at in Halo 5?”
The scale goes from 1 (slow) to 10 (fast). Default is 3. In Halo: MCC I left it at the default (3) but in Halo 5 I recently had to move it all the way down to 1 because I felt that, whenever using Smart Link / Zoom / ADS (or whatever you want to call it), via LT as default, it seemed that the look sensitivity jacked way up compared to when not zooming in (i.e. hip firing). Going back and forth from zooming in to hip-firing was too jarring and throwing off my aim, so I dropped it to 1. I’d rather be at 3, though, and have the mechanics work identically wither zooming or not.
Used to play on 10 in every game, but dropped to 6/7 for Halo 5 because of the awful awful aiming. Not that turn speed matters with the radar in it’s current state.

What is CQC?
And, yes, as others have stated, it seems like something changed with the aiming recently. I felt like I ‘had’ to drop down to 1 because of whatever they changed–mostly, there is a jarring disconnect between the sensitivity when hip firing and when zooming in. They really ought to fix that. It was fine in previous Halos.
I have had mine on 10 for every halo before. On release of H5 I’ve had to put it at 6. Now it’s at 3 but I’m probably gonna try 1. Makes me frustrated because I look around too slow but if I don’t lower it I’ll lose every 1v1.
