The drones in ODST firefight, they would essentially force me to stay indoors more while I picked them off while I would rather be fighting the other enemies outside.
The jackal snipers can get irritating at times too for obvious reasons, especially when I’m not currently holding a good weapon to counter them.

False, infection forms attack by trying to infect others by grabbing onto them. In Halo 2 if your shields were down just one of them could kill you.
And the attack forms are called combat forms. The bloated forms are carrier forms and the advanced forms are pure forms. No offense, just clearing that up.

Well I already new that Carrier forms were the fat ones but I did not know that the bigger combat forms were pure forms and I was just confused between the words combat and attack. But still, infection forms don’t really attack, they just try and get a hold of you and it’s painful, infection forms need a host, if they attacked then they’d be trying to harm the potential host, they want a host that is still intact. Sure it does not seem like hat in the game but in the book The Flood one of the infection forms sticks a tentacle deep in to chiefs neck.
