I’m talking about of all the Halo campaigns you have played, what has been your favourite mission to play on? A mission where;
- You have found yourself looking forward to starting when you know it’s coming.- You had the best fun during it and after you finished it. - You finished the mission and you went back and done it again for the fun of it.- Or any other reason.
For me, my favourite mission out of all the Halo games I have played was The Covenant from Halo 3. I was either going to pick this, or The Storm. Simply because I love fighting the scarabs. So naturally for me, two scarabs are better than one. I must have played The Storm/The Covenent the most with a friend or two because it’s just a war zone. Lots of fun.
Truth and reconciliation in Halo CE. Only because of the song under cover of night/cloaked in blackness, the atmosphere it provides and the memories connected to it. That being said, going through the ship on legendary without the sniper rifle is pure hell. I’d rather do a ladle only run in DS2, than waste my sniper rifle before i reach the ship.
My vote also goes to Halo 3’s The Covenant. A lot of variety in that mission. I also give a shoutout to Reach’s New Alexandria.
This may not me everyone’s favorite, but I really enjoyed Uplift Reserve and The Hive from ODST.
I would say The Covenant, Metropolis, or Silent Cartographer, but Midnight has some sentimental value to me.
every single halo 3 mission is the best
This is a tough choice. I really love The Silent Cartographer. Second would be either The Storm, or 343 guilty spark.
That’s a hard one!
I really enjoy The Storm and the Covenant, but also The Arbiter and Midnight.
Halo Reach’s mission: Lone Wolf…It tests your skills of a survivor.
Assault on the Control Room, all day every day. That level is just a wonderful mix of everything that made Halo, Halo. Epic battles while fighting alongside the marines, picking up a power weapon and wrecking faces, and jumping into that Scorpion and steam-rolling everything. It’s just such a fun level.
