- My favorite weapon either has to be the Blood of Suban (Variant of Carbine), Rain of Oblivion (Variant of Carbine), Silenced Recon AR, Echidna (Variant of Hydra), Arclight (Variant of Railgun), or Halo CE Pistol (Mythic Magnum). What’s yours?
Blood of Suban

A great and fun weapon for sure. For me it’s between Blaze of Glory or The Answer because I have enough that I can pull them out and not feel as bad if I get killed without getting many kills with them.
DMR, nuff said
Halo CE Magnum and Damage boost
Railgun. Nuff said.
Early on? Blissful Slumber. Really, that thing is amazing, especially in WZA.
Whole game? Tough choice. I’m casting my vote for the H2 Beam Rifle Delta, the Arclight, and the Dying Star. Blood of Suban and The Answer are pretty wicked too, and while in practice they’re not as useful as other weapons I enjoy the Echidna and Twin Jewels as well. They’re cool, just not as useful.
Voids tear especially with a damage boost
Halo 2 Battle Rifle boii
The Answer, Blaze of Glory, and Nornfang.
SMG and DMR
Tartarus Gavel’
It’s easily the highest base attacker/defender against almost any opposition you come across.

I forgot about that! That one’s actually my favorite, if not Rain of Oblivion
- Lawgiver - Halo 2 Beam Rifle Alpha - ArclightDefinitely not an easy list to make.
I’ll do mine based off different levels of reqs.
Level 1:
Storm rifle - Not much of a huge list at Level 1.
Level 2:
Fury - Upgraded storm rifle with improved heat dissipation time, very good in closer quarter combat when capturing that middle base in any level.
Extended Mag Pistol - Again, it’s a great weapon when trying to capture a base with multiple enemies inside. Allows you to miss multiple shots and not have to reload as often
Level 3:
Sword ghost - Love pulling these out to distract multiple enemies, or to go after the bosses at the 2 minute and 4 minute mark. Regular ghost is the same level so if you got a ton of sword ghost it’s best to just pull these out instead. Your teammates will appreciate it, though don’t get boarded.
Ravening sliver - One of favorites for Warzone assaults. Faster response time than the regular sword.
BR - I typically use the longshot variation when playing certain maps, but have been going for the morph variation as well.
Grenadier - Best armor mod among the 3 I feel like.
Level 4:
This is where you really get some game changers…
Blood of Suban - Lethal weapon, especially on Assault when you can get the height advantage.
Wasp - Best to be partied up with people to let them team shot the guy you are shooting as it’s difficult to get kills with this. Assist magnet though, and good to distract multiple enemies.
Whiplash - Best against low vehicles such as ghosts, warthogs, and wasps, even good against banshees too though. I like to use this as an anti-air weapon but also to get easy slays.
Blaze of Glory - My preferred defense weapon if I am guarding a base.
Pro-Pipe - Versatile weapon I mostly use in Assault games.
Speed boosts armor mod - I really don’t try the other ones because I like that feeling of flying with this.
Halo 2 BR - I have to use this as soon as I get level 4 reqs.
Level 5:
Ad Victoriam - I don’t understand how this is only a level 5 req. This thing is lethal against multiple enemies coming at you at once or enemies just camping. Amazing spread radius.
Arclight - I wish it had more ammo, but then again I would hate to go against teams that are using multiples of this weapon. One of favorite weapons if I’m going for slays and/or trying to get out of a rut.
Endgame - Need this to destroy all those vehicles! Only have about 28 in my inventory though, so I use this sporadically.
Banshee - Great to cause havoc for the enemy team.
Level 6:
Sword of the Faithful - I try to limit my usage of this since I don’t have many, but it’s silly to just get the regular beam rifle since they are both level 6 reqs.
Halo 2 Beam Rifle Alpha - Same as above. Some reason I feel like headshots are harder with this weapon than the regular beam rifles, IDK why though.
Jorges Chaingun - I need to use this more as I have 86 in my inventory. These are a lot of fun!
Level 7 -
Ultra Banshee - These are seriously my favorite, but I only have about 20 left so I can’t use them as often as I like.
Hannibal Mantis - Also my favorite. I wish I had more of them.
Level 8 -
Phaeton Helios - I mean who doesn’t like this? I prefer the Helios over the Hannibal Tank. Though 1v1 a Hannibal Tank should own a Helios if both are equally skilled drivers.
And that’s it!
The one that kills the enemy team a lot.
The Tartarus’ Gavel.
That thing can change the tide of a game. It’s really good at clearing bases.

I know right, all of the weapons are good in their special ways, but choosing your favorite is almost impossible. There’s just so many good weapons. I finally had to settle on the Carbines which have been there for me since Halo 2. They’ve always been my favorite, so they still are.

Wow, I love the thought and research you put into this!
The competition magnum, hands down my favourite, closely followed by the halo 2 beam rifle alpha and then the dying star light rifle.
