I guess Hannibal vehicles are the best and “strongest” but my favorite is the Ghost, simple but efficient!

I would say the gungoose but those were introduced in Halo 2 Anniversary. Just the fact that we finally have guns on our mongooses, and the passenger gets unlimited grenades is awesome. But I would give it to the Wasp, specifically the ONI Wasp.
