For hours my reqs wont load and im put in matches where 1 or 2 people have power weapons and vehicles and the rest of us are stuck with basic loadouts… and WHY is it ALWAYS something with this game??? Can 343 not afford to hire someone capable of fixing their regularly re-occurring issues or to purchase the equipment necessary? If this is the “Future” of your promoted gaming experiences please allow me to add my opinion to your already extensive list of disappointed fans responses… IT SUCKS.

Same, we all have base loadouts until level 9 recs.
It’s a mess. Just played a Mythic Warzone match with a standard pistol and assault rifle and everyone in the game had the same problem. Needless to say, we didn’t get very far.
It’s getting pretty old at the stage. Good times.

You have to wait for them to load before you boot up a match, if you’ve unlocked all the reqs like I have it can take a while.
This happens far too often for a AAA game that also has the gall to sell single use items for real money. As I type this Waypoint isn’t loading the player avatars which is probably somehow related to all these REQ issues.
Edit: meh I’m tired of complaining about this kind of thing for the past year and a half; time to move on because it likely won’t change.

Trust me… This isnt a single isolated “personal” problem… its a 343I is inadequate and needs a “WAKE UP JOHN” moment problem.

I agree… its getting very old. I wish fans would get together on this and give 343I a “WAKE UP JOHN” moment… make them listen and DO SOMETHING!
Why would 343 fix issues in the game since launch when they could just, I don’t know, be lazy and not?
Be lazy and still take people’s money for single use reqs and not.
Same here… Seriously getting fed up with the instability of this game. We love the game but we’re starting to go off it if I’m honest.
Just to be sure I tested our connection; All good at 50mbps down and over 9mbps up, tested “xbox multiplayer” and it reported GOOD, but fire up Halo 5 again and it fails to load REQs and is now FAILING to Sync the Profile. It’s been like it all day today every time we log in.
343 you really need to sort this out. I don’t think I’ve read about as many issues in other games available out there? Unsubtle hint.
How come no one on my team could get any reqs at all but the whole enemy team could? Didn’t help that we were on noctus either. We were stuck with magnums when they had wasps, mantises, scorpions and phaetons. How does something like this even happen?
Generally problems like these can be resolved by either waiting a few minutes before entering a playlist or doing a hard reset of your console. If you still have issues after that then they can be reported in the support forums. There is a thread set up to track server issues where screenshots, video clips and links to games are encouraged
