what is wrong with my service record?

When I view my HALO: Reach Service Record on both my PC and 360, it presents the most current and up-to-date stats, but my armor configuration is extremely old. Someone suggested that the Spartan pics are no longer updated. Is this true? If so, then why? If not, how can I fix it?

I believe that function was lost in the Bungie- 343i transition. Sorry!

It did work for a bit with 343i though, I have my old armor from about 3 months ago, despite buying the game around 7 months ago

Yea I was wondering the same thing, its a bit annoying. Im glad im not the only one thinking about it lol

Everything on my account checks out mabye the 343i switch did the trick.
