Why the FUDGE is Halo 5 feeling so difficult at the moment??
The small radar has never bothered me, until recently… I’ve almost always felt in reasonable control of where I’m at, knowing where opponents are at… but it’s like I’m getting bum rushed the entire time I sit down to play this game anymore. Since the new season started. There’s little to no breathing room. Every single match I play. I look down a line of sight… nobody there. I turn away to check another, and BOOM somebody jumps out of the area I JUST LOOKED!
Where is all of this random/aggressive play coming from? It’s not ever been like this… It’s like I spawn in locations where the entire team is headed, and from different directions. It’s like they swoop and just squash me within a handful of seconds of me spawning. My K/D is starting to fall a bit… and I know that I don’t suck!
do you play solo? your probably playing organized fireteams mate callouts even for meh players can make a world of difference. i play a mix between aggressive and careful depending on the situation or when the need arises for either style.
Try testing around with your sensitivity and acceleration, I know that as I get better I sometimes change that around. Or Mabye play a different style or controller setting, Mabye it just doesn’t fit you at the moment, and as GeneralRAAMsies said, play with friends or teammates that will work with mics. You can freind me if you want, I’m only 12 years old though so I’m not sure if you would be okay. (Some people are uncomfortable playing with different age groups I guess)
Edit: I am not as good as you are, but I just thought Mabye it would be good for you to play with somebody who is…somewhat similar in skill.
Halo 5 allows players to cross the map a lot faster than in previous Halo games . Perhaps you are just finding people who have learnt how to use this
Eg in the beginning people may not have been sprinting but now they do . Also finding more efficient routes etc around the map.
Doesnt necessarily mean the game or players have changed , just may be used to the maps and controls more than they were upon release
