I understand that an online game is always going to have cheaters, but man alive. Go back and watch forge sometimes, and watch how many times another player’s crosshairs track you through walls, even when you fall down ledges they shouldn’t know you fell down. And it’s always some account with fewer than a hundred matches and no customization.
Why is the cheating so bad in this game?
It’s actually always been pretty bad. 3-4 weeks after release I had 2 in my games, and I wasn’t even playing that much to increase the odds.
Just to confirm I watched their entire screen playback for the match. Tracking thru walls and aim bot. He was getting triples and overkills left and right. And would aim on the head thru the wall and all his shots landed with “perfect” kills.
Dunno. Must be some poor cheat detection, if at all.
There is NO cheat detection in infinite. With the news of moving to the anti cheating software, I’d say it got some attention on the boards.
