In this video, Sarge, the red dude with the shotgun, is wearing something on his back. May be old news so could someone please tell what it is. I assume its a jet pack, or the equivalent. If so it looks stupid, way worse/bulky than the halo reach variant.
It looks freaking idiotic, and 343 should fix that before shipping the game. I dont care what it is. Theres no excuse for a backpack.

Yeah, several people have noticed that, though there hasn’t been any confirmation about what it could be. It looks kind of odd, but not horrible.
I assumed it was the jetpack but who knows

It’s the new engineer AA. That’s why it’s shaped like a tire, they can fix your vehicles and junk.
My bet is on jet-pack.
