Pretty sure it’s just background noise.
Slightly unprofessional for them to leave that in, but it’s very subtle, and I’d imagine it would be far more embarrassing to have to ask Frankie to say that specific part of the interview again because their mics were just a little bit off, rather then just ignore it and hope no one notices.
