The whispered truth is more of a mystery to me since it has the mythic band on it, for example what was it made after, it’s description is vague, but I do recall Johnson saying that to Tartarus with a beam rifle… It’s definitely not the ODST pistol since it’s not a semi automatic…

It’s supposed to be Buck’s personal sidearm. It is a silenced, two headshot weapon, that gives you a speed boost. It can be pretty beastly when used properly.
