Tartarus’ Gavel works wonders against Soldiers in Mantises, FYI.

I would say Nornfang but I got 13 of them. I’d say Selene’s Lance because I have only 6 and those things are obnoxiously rare.
The Hannibal vehicles and Phaeton Helios are really rare and even though it’s not a certification, the hardest card to get ahold of is probably the Ultra Rare Random Vehicle.
