What do you think the rarest armor in Halo 4 is? For me, it’s the Vanguard. I hardly see this armor set. However, I have heard people say its the FOTUS, the Protector, etc. In any case, I’d like to hear everyone’s opinion on the matter.
Vanguard and Commando. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen one in game…or I probably didn’t care enough to pay attention.
I’ve seen both. But only one time.
I rarely see Protector DRFT. I’ve actually played with a few people with Vanguard and Commando but they are pretty rare since they require a lot of wins for whichever playlists they unlock with.
Protector DRFT is the most rare armor. You need to master every weapon in the game to unlock it. If you happen to see it, mostly likely the person didn’t get it legitimately. If someone can get 1000 Plasma Pistol kills legit, then i take my hat off to them.
Vanguard and Commando. The base version of Commando can only be unlocked by getting Dominion Victory - Master, which is only possible if you play a LOT of Dominion. Vanguard requires Forerunner Destroyer, which requires a lot of farming due to the scarcity of Knight Commanders and Crawler Snipers.
Vanguard is probably the rarest since very few people would consider putting 24+ hours into farming forerunners.
I see the protector drift pretty often (at least once every 5-10 games)
Commando is the second rarest or at least the flood version is IMO.
I envy anyone who has the Vanguard.

Yeah - you get a crappy set of forearm armor that nobody can see- lol. I wear it though…

The forearms I’m wearing, yes.
Anyway, I think the most rare and awesome armour is Breach, Air assault helmet, rogue shoulders, Tracker chest, Mark VI legs, Perfection forearms, etc. (Lol jk)
Seriously, I don’t see vanguard much, or ranger (probably because it looks awful). I also don’t see Stand off, so that too.

Vanguard and Protector DRFT as others are saying. I’d also include some of the pre-order skins too, like Oceanic Circuit.
i dont like the Protector DRFT armour set, and i wear the helmet on mine, souly because i feel i worked so hard towards that commendation
Scout APEX, btw it is probably the rarest because nobody plays Oddball if there is no daily challenge for it. (I only need 90 wins to get it, I wish Team Objective would never ever born. There is no chance to play a good Oddball game, hell thx for this 343. I do not blame you, but you should change the requirement…)
