one shotted by a spartan laser and im in a tank on previous halo titles this thing could take more damage now its a waste of time why have you done this 343 just why i was looking forward to using but nope! booom instantly dead this thing is now a joke its a tank! not a dam car tanks are serpose to take damage not be killed in 1 shot by something that didnt kill it in 1 shot before halo 5 matchmaking in general is just something to annoy i dont care what some fan boys say nothing is enjoyable on halo 5 its just a grind and spawn killing frenzy with people just killing each other over and over being serious and warzone im sorry but warzone is just boring and a chaotic mode made for grinding for crap just for something youll lose after 2 seconds and grind for it again until they add better stuff to tjhis game i wont be going on the dam thing until its better.
a bit overreacting thinking a scorpion is pointless because it can be killed by one splaser shot…
I love the scorpion still. It just isn’t much of an assault vehicle anymore as it is long range support.
The M808 MBT needs to make a return because this 820 model is so slow, if the 820 is half the mass why does it move slower than any other tank in the franchise!
BTW, all tanks in the franchise beforehand were M808 models. just a lore bit for ya.
It works really well when you have infantry support.
One of the worst things is that even a small team of players with BRs and DMRs can take the tank out in a minute two it’s pretty annoying as you can imagine. I’m just glad I stopped playing this game months ago.

i was looking forward to using it boom lost it instantly any vehicles are pretty much pointless now due to them not having much protection compared to the old models and didnt know this a is a new scorpion tank but now i know but still i would of liked it to be the other one that did something you know like a tank is ment to do go head into battle take tons of damage and be a defender for the team.
It’s great for pushing in to the core room with the team.
All the vehicles are useful if you use them right.
The Spartan laser was DESIGNED as an any vehicle weapon, its supposed to do that, would be pretty pointless to develop an anti tank weapon they can not hurt a tank…
Spartan laser was also a one shot is prior games, and just like now, the laser has to fire thought the driver for a one shot kill. I’ve been with a laser while driving the tank and survived because they aimed at the tread.
You can’t just run in and blow stuff up anymore with it unfortunately.

Maybe it has a smaller engine too? It does sound a tad bit whimpy lol
I’m fairly certain one standard laser shot doesn’t kill a standar scorpion unless hit in a critical spot. Someone correct me with proof if I’m wrong.
REQ 5 weapon kills REQ 6 vehicle in one shot … You can see which is better here.

Yup, more like a direct fire self propelled artillery vehicle than a tank. But if you hang back and blast the heck out of crap, it’s pretty useful. Do NOT charge into battle (unless you have an ONI one, those do last longer - but can still be boarded & grenaded!)
In no way does a Scorpion get one shotted by a standard Spartan Laser. The scorpion is great if only a bit too slow and it suffers because of the broken boarding that allows you to simply drop a grenade without busting open the hatch.
To be a giant target. Unless you have the Corp or better, its basically a giant slow moving target.

Yes, actually, yes it does. I have on numerous occasions done so. Even with an End Game it can still be one shot. Dat Selenes lance though MMMMM.

REQ 5 weapon can be fired 4 times.
REQ 6 Vehicle can be fired until the game is over.
I’ve been in a REQ 8 Phaeton, and was destroyed due to a REQ 3 Plasma Pistol but I would bet my life if both we’re placed in front of you, you would grab the Phaeton.
