the introduction of Spartan companies was just great. however to be honest, what is the point of having/being in a company? yes you can invite people from the company forums and chat with them, but isnt that what the xbox live party system is for? atleast some sort of in game emblem or recognition of us being in a company would be very nice. i feel like if the whole spartan company thing is so underwhelmed and could be so much more better. What are your thoughts on this ?
i personally believe that many of us made or joined a company believing it was going to have so much to offer aside from that free req pack, in which im sure most of you just joined to get that req.
I haven’t even heard of it or seen Spartan companies in the actual game itself lol. I thought it was clan support but it would be better if it was managed in game rather than on waypoint.

There is absolutely no point other than the REQ pack you get from joining.

Seems like a waypoint thing. I have a company, but I dont feel like it is a part of the game, just a waypoint lure.
Its a clan system, you get your own forum section. Its a great idea.
A great Idea would be being able to access you clan in game, having the option to challange other clans, mabye set challenges for clans to be awarded req points. Instead i got a half- -Yoink- facebook that I have to log into waypoint to even enjoy.
Where are clan matches?
Remember Halo 2? Really hope they implement this feature… and why is there no way to access my spartan company list in the game? I would like to see who is online so we can play games together instead of needing to add everyone to my friends list!
be cool to see spartan companies playlist and have ranking with that system!
Free req pack, and maybe more clanpany features at a later date.
There should be a leaderboard of the top 100 Spartan companies in whatever (better if it ranked every clan)
also so I think something to access I game like when you press X and see what friends are on, to also have a clan member tab

What about the people who don’t use the forum? its pointless for them.
It needs to be in the game… and maybe a playlist for Spartan Companies Only, with a Spartan Company Rank.
I do wish there was some actual in game stuff for companies. having our company Logo somewhere on the armor (and hell why isn’t our Spartan Emblem on our armor anymore?) would be enough for me.
just to be in a clan and have a clantag i guess. we made one just to be in one with all out friends all in one place lol
another thing i’d love to see is the ability to see your clan (anybody in your fireteam really) more easily anywhere on the map. I hate trying to locate my friends in a warzone match and losing them in a dozen other tags. fireteam should always show on the map and be a different color than other Spartans.

Other than setting up play time with members and friends, sharing tactics and strategy there pretty useless.
