But i do not understand the point in fresh spartans known as silver team. Why not blue team who Master chief grew up with?
It’s so that it’s a clean break from the “core canon” of the Halo universe. The project codename, apparently, was Silver (as in silver screen), and then since it wasn’t going to be canon to the games/books (think Marvel comics vs MCU), they decided to rename his fireteam to Silver Team.
