So I’m just a little confused, if you browse the net you find loads of pages of how Halo MCC multiplayer is fixed etc, but clearly it is not I still get booted from 90% of games, of the four slayers I played no issues with matchmaking (tho it was not very swift with big team battles…in fact did not find anyone!) and the first game worked lovely despite loosing.
The next three games however every time I was booted, I mentioned this in another post so seems to be the norm and my main multiplayer experience which of course is not really what 343 want for any Halo fan.
So my point is this Halo 3:ODST was meant to be a gift for those people affected in the first few months…but despite this patch apparently fixing it clearly still needs patching, does anyone know is 343 are working on this?
Now I have to take this time to look at the positives and I’m sure I will get some abuse for saying this form other Halo fans, but the lack of a functioning online multiplayer is not a deal breaker for me with the MCC. See I have always felt that Halo is the last bastion of the fps with a story to tell and a heart, these days your CODs and battlefields are all about the multiplayer and frankly the campaigns are dull and felt like an after thought. Halo though I love the campaigns it is the only game those single palter I have replayed countless times or co-op with my fiancé.
So the MCC is amazing all four games in one place and it looks amazing etc etc. That’s not to say I dislike the multiplayer I have so many awesome memories of being sat on a sofa with mates and having four player slayers and infected matches but also playing Reach online with a mate splitscreen.
I guess I just want to hear something to look forward to like a another patch etc. I also want to address people who have said that they wont get Halo 5 because of this and I think this is harsh because 343 have proved they care for the franchise despite the multiplayer issues, and I as always am excited for the campaign and hopefully the multiplayer but I think we all need to chill and hope they will fix this.
