Anybody else wonder what it is? Why it only shows up in forge mode? Is it just there for no reason? Is it a clue to Halo 5?
If you are baffled as to what I’m speaking of, go to forge mode, and inside the stock building where the dig site is, look in the center slightly above the rock. You can not interact with it in anyway, and as I stated, it only shows up in forge mode.
If anyone has any info on it, please share as it’s meaning has left me pondering since I first noticed it back in November.
if you mean the sphere with 2 loops spinning opposite ways then yes ive always been curious of that, i always thought it was something to do with the lighting and effects but none of the other maps have it from what weve found 
but i dont think its a clue tbh, be a bit of a weird and random clue…
I’ve never used it, but I think it might be a magnet that can be used when placing the building’s floor piece.
well if you read the map description it sounds like that rock is a piece of precursor material as it outdates all know forunner structures or technology. and as for the magnet idea those are on the glass ring the floor cap fits into. ive never noticed it only appeared in forge so the mystery remains

This, except it actually places the glass floor a little too high and makes it bumpy. -_-
Protip: set magnetism to high then nudge and release quickly with RB to level it out flush with the floor.
Darn, and I was thinking it was something cool. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m sure it is a magnet point.
