What is the fix to the inability to access reqs?

I know there are other complaint threads, but could not find any resolution.

I typically restart Halo and if that doesn’t work I restart the entire Xbox.

Thanks for the tip, but still doesn’t work. Hopefully, there is a patch sometime soon.

Are you talking about in game or in the menus? In the case of menus, I commonly get that “retrieving data” message which never ends.
