Reading and hearing the the storm covenant is going to requiem to wake the didact to lay waste of humanity as he has knowledge/control on a weapon that is able to do this at ease.
my theory is that its the weapon that the forerunners used to devolve humanity and take out their technology. Tell me your ideas guys?

Its hilarious how they refer to his thin patch of fur as a receding hairline lol, but I would imagine a 112,000 or so year old being wouldnt look in the best of shape after a 100,000 year nap.
I figure he will likely use a Light Rifle or specially designed weapon, it depends mostly on his armor I believe and what he will be wearing.

Well Halo has never been a game for boss battles, I’d like one though. So that leaves 2 options for 343i here: You don’t actually fight him in the game OR it’s a Quick Time event.
I seriously hope that it’s not a QTE, because there’s nothing satisfying or gives the player a sense of accomplishment when it’s over. I don’t like PRESS X to win.

If that was the Didact in the live action TV trailer, it looks like the Didact’s been composed like the other prometheans we see.

Or it looks like he’s wearing armor like Forerunner are apt to do.
He seems to use a tractor beam of sorts, no need for a weapon when you have “the force” and Forerunner combat skin.

This I think the suit gives him powers also maybe he revives him self further later on.
