I get this constantly, my team is absolutely dominating, and the host quits, host is pretty much never on our team so this happens alot. Since the host quits, waypoint shows the game as a DNF at the point in when the host quits even though we finish the game after the black screen. And now we get a loss even though we won simply because the host quits making ranking up virtually impossible in playlists that are pure win/loss.
This specifically happens in CTF for me. Extremely frustrating.

This is a problem and I’m sure 343i knows it. 343i probably thought it was a good reason to not add a ranking system at all because of this problem. I’m not sure if there’s anything they can do about it.
What’s worse is when the host quits, it black screens for a few minutes, then the game restarts and you lose all your progress. That was a pain in the -Yoink- in Dominion, cost me a couple games.
Ive also had occasions where the host quits and my team gets kicked back into the lobby (winning the game ofc). Then when we check the results on waypoint, the entire game was played with a completely new set of players and we get a DNF.
