Hi, just curious to know exactly what the limit to earning XP per day is in HALO 4
Currently power gaming my way through from SR45 to 50, currently on 49 but curious to know what the limit is just in case I hit it and dont want to waste any challenges like for Spartan Ops Episode 2
So far in excess of 125,000 XP so far today and wondering If I am anywhere close to hitting the limit as I need another 40,000 for SR50

It’s incredible how much you need to reach Sr45 to SR50. It’s extremely boring. Anyway, i’ts probably around 100k. Since i got already around 80k today.
Well I have already passed that and still going so its not 100k that much I know
Wouldnt say it was boring, but its amazing how many challenges you can get done power playing the online
Been saving the 10,000XP from the Spartan Ops challenges for when I hit SR49, so that should help lol

And i wish i could get some Double xp lol.
the cap is 150,000, Been tracking it since launch. I write down my earnings and apply those numbers to total games played, after hitting the cap everyday.
I get 9500 to 11900 using double XP. I can play 15 to 16 games.
if you are not using 2x XP then double your games amount, since its half the amount.
lol…nah, would feel too much like boosting, rather do it the legit way in all honesty and put in the time and effort to get there…so close now, 40,000 XP

This explains how people got on this levels in so feel time.

150,000 XP?
Shame, looks like no SR 50 for me tonight then, will go as far as I can till the limit kicks in, if it is 150,000 then I will hit it pretty soon then 
Hopefully they will raise it to 300,000, its just silly to have it in the first place. Super Mario never cared how much i played, Super Mario didnt care if people in the community were left behind. Super Mario didnt care if I played myself to sleep.

Considering the XP needed when you hit the SR40 mark its a tad nuts to have a limit that roughly 3-4 levels only
Will have to be careful I dont earn XP and it not counting then cos that will really slow down trying to get to SR50
hate to think what the XP levels to get through specialisations are! lol

I can only imagine from completing the challenges during a game, this is not shown on the final total but it can boost the XP you get beyond 10 k in XP

Actually I don’t think it does. I got a MTN Dew Cap and loaded it up and played some Spartan ops unexpectedly with some friends but thought it wouldn’t hurt. Well got done with the match and it didn’t show double exp and continued to play 3 matchmaking games that did. *After I applied 3 double exp matches mind you.
So I don’t think it works outside infinity matchmaking but try it anyways.
Ok, it does apply the double XP if you use the “find game” option to play Spartan Ops. Just checked.

Actually is around 12.000xp a Spartan Ops matchmaking.
hmm the US only promotion to give double XP…have to admit, if it was available here in the UK, I wouldnt use it

I wish it was available here in Brazil. Then i would buy like 20 doritos.
So, if you do hit the cap, what happens, do you just earn Zero XP from that point on, or do you still get XP but it just doesnt count?
Do challenges stop totalling up requirements?
When does the cap get lifted, midnight…early morning?
