Play play play is the best way to level up.

Unless it’s changed… I believe Warzone Assault and swat give the most xp/rp per hour. Also Mythic Warzone Firefight on the weekends, it gives a lot of xp/rp
I played a lot of Warzone and BTB to get from 29 to 141 in 2 months
XP boosts for every game.
Warzone Firefight. Heroic with boosts will give you 10,000 XP a game if you top-score. Even if you’re lower rank you can still get upwards of 5000 a game.

I got from 149 to 150 in about 2 months off of this,and that’s 6M XP I think,so yeah. I almost always won so I would use mission victories and get 10K XP per game.
I spent my time grinding in arena: infection. I got to SR 100 and then stopped. It’s a short game that earns plenty of XP. Better than all of the other arena games for XP.

Warzone Mythic gives you tons of xp and rp at the same time, Warzone legendary is second best. Although these do flatly reward the most, boosts will really help you level up.
Use Boosts, and play on games with the yellow “featured” star
Play the modes where you are good and do not forget to activate a booster (for me it is SWAT).
A lot of warzone, warzone firefight, or infection would be the best way unless you have amazing boots you can use.

Pay attention to your commendations, because you get EP + ERQs. In the end, you should use appropriate modes. In short matches, you can use more boosters in time than in the war zone.
Warzone:
Try to complete every round of combat in the warzone without killing and killing as many AI as possible.
