I want to get to inheritor before Halo 4 so what is the best playlist or ways to get to inheritor from Noble-Reclamer?
Custom challenges to help you hit the cap everyday. FF gives lots of credits too.
Good luck!
Well, there are a few ways-
You can get a good 5000-10000 cR by playing Grifball and having some(or all) of the rounds by letting them run out of time or very close to out of time. This also works with every other playlist, but it works best with Grifball since you get a lot of kills and medals.
Another way is by doing every daily and weekly challenge, but also by setting custom challenges that match with them.
This way you get all of the challenges normal credits, and the custom credits.
Or, you could play like I do, and simply try to play well and get a lot of kills. I like this way because I feel like I did it legit, which I did, and you get better over time.
So, pick your poison. I am a Hero by doing method 3, but it just takes a little longer than the others. The shortest one is probably method 2, but method 1 is also pretty short.
There are also Super Weekend Jackpots that give out a large number of credits!

I’m not even thinking about doing it that way.

I wouldn’t risk it either since it’s already been a pain to get to my rank as it is. Maybe if I was a rookie I might have tried but this just seems like it’s just set up for disappointment. The video claims a forum page saying that can’t get banned but the link for the forum page is invalid.
>
DO NOT DO THIS! This is modding, and will get your entire Xbox Permabanned from Xbox Live.
Possibly even your IP.
I get 15,000cR using the ONI Sword Base checkpoint in 3 minutes WITHOUT any type of lame mod like this video describes. It’s not that hard.
After I factor in load times, the time it takes for pre game menus, and the time to click Revert to Last Save -> Yes, my games last about 4-5 minutes and I hit the cap in about exactly an hour.
I’ve been doing this since I was a Colonel (went one year without internet connection though), so I know you will not get banned. I completely blew past all my friends as far as ranking goes.
I know the ONI method is frowned upon, but I don’t care. I work a lot, and have a life, so I don’t have time to sit and play a game for 4-5 hours in MM to hit the cap, this is the best & fastest way to do it.
I’m due to hit Forerunner in 2 days. Takes me 5 days to get 1 million cR. So probably about 35 days and I’ll be an Inheritor.
Simple.
Make a deal with everyone in Grifball to not pick up the ball (only when you need “Sudden death” for the extra 30 seconds.) Let everyone kill each other and have fun during the game, and then 1 team scores at the end of the game (4th round) to receive the performance bonus. Take turns in scoring each game so both teams can get the bonus.
Guaranteed credits of up to 24,000Cr. I tried messaging people about this and no one believes me. You get triple the amount of credits as BTB and it’s 3 minutes less then a full game. Plus you get your Jack of all Trades and multi-kills commendation up.

Never know it went up to 24,000. When I was playing it I mainly ended up getting around 8,000 to 12,000cr.

Quoted for truth, while I don’t condone this Unsportsmanlike conduct, I had my stepson take advantage of this weeks Free Xbox Live weekend and told him to play Grifball, as it gives the most cRs the fastest, excluding custom ONI challenges.
He ranked up from Colonel Grade 3, to 1/4 way through Brig grade 2 in just 3 days, while only playing a couple hours a day, except yesterday, in which me and him played Team Slayer a lot.
But again, I don’t think it’s right to play the game as mentioned in the quote. Play it the real way, if you have 2 good teams, the game will be plenty long enough to get plenty of cR.
Hey guys! =)
The quickest way I have found to rank up (as I also want to reach Inheritor before Halo 4) is to play Grifball, play every Super Jackpot Weekend and create your own custom challenges on Waypoint.
Making custom challenges on Waypoint is great! I figured out that I can play MATCHMAKING MULTIPLAYER and rack up 10 WINS, 300 KILLS, and 600 MEDALS all in 3 HOURS giving me 42487cR while playing Grifball! Of course, everyone will know that in Grifball, not all the games may go your way. But like I said, trial and error. Find out how well you can do and adjust it to your skill level.
I was curious what the maximum amount of cR you could get per challenge with a few of the custom challenges I prefer, so for about an hour I did a trial-and-error system. Here’s the results:
ALL FOR MATCHMAKING MULTIPLAYER, WINS, 3 HOURS
7 Wins = 2975cR
10 Wins = 4249cR
20 Wins = 8498cR
30 Wins = 12746cR
40 Wins = 16995cR
70 Wins = 29741cR
71 Wins = 30000cR
75 Wins = 30000cR
80 Wins = 30000cR
100 Wins = 30000cR
ALL FOR MATCHMAKING MULTIPLAYER, KILLS, 3 HOURS
250 Kills = 10622cR
300 Kills = 12746cR
600 Kills = 25492cR
700 Kills = 29741cR
701 Kills = 29783cR
705 Kills = 29953cR
707 Kills = 30000cR
800 Kills = 30000cR
1000 Kills = 30000cR
ALL FOR MATCHMAKING MULTIPLAYER, MEDALS, 3 HOURS
100 Medals = 4249cR
300 Medals = 12746cR
600 Medals = 25492cR
700 Medals = 29741cR
705 Medals = 29953cR
707 Medals = 30000cR
1200 Medals = 30000cR
2000 Medals = 30000cR
9999 Medals = 30000cR
As you can see with the kills and medals, the cR seem to be the same.
When using these combos, you not only get the cR for the custom challenges, but you also get a lot of game cR too!
Grifball has 5 rounds per game. The longer the games, the more cR you get. So try and run the timer right down. If you don’t score, don’t worry, just make sure the other team doesn’t score either! Also remember, that if no team scores over the 5 rounds, or the game is tied, it results in a win for BOTH teams!
Hope I helped! Later! =)

This seems like a good idea but too many people want to rush in for the quick bombs which gets annoying.lol
But still might do this since 343i sort of killed reach when they forced no dlc maps so might give this a go.

I agree with you, ronnie42.
Darkangel593, I have been curious as to the credit max for custom challenges as well, but it seems you have beaten me to the punch. This was very helpful, thank you! =D
True but the challenges mentioned seemed to be under 3 hours which seem a bit insane, unlikely to complete within the times even in griffball.
Grifball and custom challenges.
> Grifball and custom challenges.
lol I know but I thought the credits don’t turn up until the original turn in time.
Making custom challenges for campaign can get you 10k per 6 minutes, it’s how the litte moa boosted to get inheritor
