Could you please 343, calm the guy down. I don’t need an over exited guy screaming in my ear because I got 3 head shots in a row( get to that in a sec). The announcer can calm down, he doesn’t need to sound like a psychopath.
Another thing, you don’t need to have him announce easy medals to make us feel special. Last time I checked 3 kills with power weapons is not that hard, neither is 3 headshots in one life.

Haha, this is something I can completely agree on. There was something almost esoteric about the way the announcer would just say “Slayer” or “Capture the Flag” at the start of matches in CE/2. When I hear him in Anniversary it just doesn’t sound good–he says too much, too fast, and with too many inflections in his voice. Thankfully this is a minor issue; if it’s not changed I can deal with it and not mind too much. But I second the motion to make this guy sound less excited.
Agreed. They’ve been progressivly exaggerating the voice with each entry since halo 3. I liked the old voice better and think it sounds like a cartoon in the halo 5 clips. It’s not the most pressing issue, but it would be nice if 343 toned it down, cause instead of conveying a sense of accomplishment, this latest iteration of the narrator sounds like he’s trying too hard and getting a “good job!” for every trigger pull would get annoying.

I enjoy it honestly, the announcer isn’t that bad and I find it funny how he seems so ecstatic about the littlest things xD
He’s too OTT. It’s to fit with the sport theme. Sports commentators love to go nuts. Annoying as hell IMO, I hope they turn it down some.
