Okay. Halo 4 UNSC Weapon Sounds trailer. 1:16. Right after the player fires the laser on Longbow. What is that silver, shimmery thing that soars across the map? To me, it looks like a new Promethean Launcher of some sort. It reminds me of the Pulse Rifle’s alternate fire in Half Life 2, which pretty much disintegrated enemies, much like we see the Scattershot doing.
Thoughts?
EDIT: Actually, I’m stupid. I think that may be part of the monorail system that goes all the way around the map.

It’s part of the map. The large bridge-like object launches stuff into space.
