I don’t know what Ricochet is and afraid to play it, cause I may suck at it.
It’s basically Handball in Halo. There’s a ball that spawns in the middle of the map, and players fight to grab it. The player with the ball has to take it to the enemy’s goal, by walking to it or throwing it in to score points, while at the same time trying to avoid getting shot by the other team, preferably with his teammates covering him. If the ball is dropped then the other team can pick it up and try to score. and thrown balls can be intercepted. Give it a try, you might like it. And if you don’t, there’s no harm done.
One the best game modes ever!!! Basically you get the ball and you can either throw in the enemy goal for 25 points or walk it into the enemy goal for 50 points.

You must take the ball and throw it into the enemy’s camp. If you enter the enemy camp with the ball in your hands, you will gain more points.
It’s only the best game mode ever! It’s so hard to find, at least on 360 Halo 4, but it’s amazing. It’s kind of like a weird Grifball/CTF/ hybrid- A ball spawns on the map, and you have to either
A. take the ball to the opposing team’s goal (More points this way, I think), or
B. you can throw it into their goal.
There’s a Grifball variant of Ricochet, and sometimes it shows up in Slayer lobbies. I played a game of SWAT Ricochet once, it was the best game of my life. Definitely try it if you get the opportunity!
