It means Beta Playlists. They will have playlists setup to test out their new gametype tools, starting sometime in October.
Its a Playlist that they will release on the TU to test out The “No Bloom”, “Bleed-out” and others to the community.
They would also like Feedback to see if its a good idea or needs Tweaking.

“hopper” is another term for playlist.
I don’t know why they sometimes use the term ‘hopper’ though.
