Now i understand that Halo 4 has only just came out and i am really enjoying the game and i think its one of the best games of the series but it is still important for 343 to know what the community wants next so that they can please everyone with their choice of game to make.
I have seen various other posts about a Halo 2 remake, halo wars 2 or 343 just concentrating on halo 5 but i want to know your opinions and what you want next.
Please choose in the poll or post on the thread your ideas for a halo game.
I think there should be a team working on a Halo 2 remake while another works on Halo 5. It would make the most sense to use a remake as a filler for the wait for H5.
I don’t want them to redo any games. They did Halo:CE for the anniversary and that was nice, but I really want them to just concentrate on Halo 5 and make it better than Halo 4.
What’s next in the future? Hopefully not another damn side story. We have enough of those this gen.
What to expect? Halo 4 map packs, Halo 4 matchmaking updates, TUs and the implementation of ranks, more Spartan Ops support and even more ridiculous excerpts of BS Angel describing the wonderful details of bodily sweat.
They will probably be busy with the post launch updates/DLC they announced would occur regularly. In the mean time preparing for Halo 5. Mind you Bungie didn’t release any sidekick Halo games until after Halo 3.
They will probably do halo 5 next but I’ll be twice as skeptical and twice as worried but i’ll try and keep faith, it sucks being worried about a game i have always loved.
I do want a halo 2 remake but at the same time i dont. It will feel like 343 will be taking bungies legacy and what they have done.
Years down the line it will be the remakes that will be mostly remembered rather than the originals bungie made.
