MMR is your true rank… but it’s hidden. Go figure… lol
CSR actually doesn’t really mean anything, it doesn’t always correlate to your actual skill… it’s why you can be Gold and place against Onyx players, for example. Your MMR is comparable to theirs but you don’t see it…
Thing I don’t get is the part about me only getting matched against people in my rank with a similar skill level. Surely I should see the weaker people with my rank as well.

Works! I ended up spending three hours scouring Josh Menke’s Matchmaking updates since January before watching though (lol), so I am now pretty informed. Good vid though! And highly recommend those updates if anyone’s interested. One of them is linked in the video, but here’s the archive…
